E2O Permanent Beauty is the trading name of Olesea Hasanaj, a sole trader providing permanent makeup services in Chertsey, Surrey. Olesea is the data controller for any personal information you share.
How your information reaches us
This website has no contact form. Any information you send reaches us only by WhatsApp, by phone call or text, or by email to oleseahasanaj2@gmail.com. Nothing you type into this website is transmitted to us.
What we hold and why
We hold the details you choose to send when enquiring or booking — typically your name, the contact details you message from, the treatment you want and your appointment time. This is used only to arrange and carry out your appointment.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages and appointment details are kept only for as long as needed to manage your booking and our records, and are deleted when no longer required.
Sharing
Your information is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing. WhatsApp, your mobile network and our email provider process the messages you send as part of delivering them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Email oleseahasanaj2@gmail.com and we will respond. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
